Groundswell is seeking an Appian Business Analyst to engage with customers and generate requirements for Appian applications. You'll support product managers in defining MVPs and conducting requirement discovery while collaborating with teams to prioritize feature enablers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience performing business analysis and refining requirements for information systems.
• Experience working with common process‑based documentation methods including use cases, Agile user stories, and process modeling.
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Dev Managers in defining the MVP for applications.
• Conduct requirement discovery and process improvement analysis.
• Collaborate to prepare estimates for user stories within the product backlog.
• Identify and manage risks; recommend process improvements.
