• Follow merchandising and presentation standards, floor sets, pricing changes, and inventory displays.
• Promote programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and credit card enrollments.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs, including ATF regulations where applicable.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
• Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.
