Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes, understanding needs, and providing accurate product information.
• Onboards and trains new and existing team members as a store-area expert, promoting best practices and processes.
• Maintains efficient operations and an athlete-first mindset, ensuring products are ready for purchase.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards, floor plans, signage, and inventory levels.
• Promotes customer participation in company programs and loyalty initiatives.
• Creates an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes are welcomed and respected.
