• Greet teammates and athletes, understand their needs, and provide helpful product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards.
• Promote programs like loyalty, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention and store policies, including ATF guidelines.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
• Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.
