Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs department associates to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Staffs the department with service-oriented associates and coordinates scheduling.
• Maintains pricing, plan-o-grams and UPC integrity.
• Conducts product demonstrations and trains staff on products.
• Addresses customer and associate issues with management and HR.
• Provides legendary customer service by identifying needs and recommending products.
• Coordinates special events and ensures proper display and signage.
