The role emphasizes merchandising execution, staff scheduling, and training under the supervision of the Department Manager, with a focus on creating a legendary customer experience and meeting company targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales experience 2–4 years; supervisory experience a plus.
• Ability to calculate discounts, commissions and percentages.
• Ability to read and analyze reports and present information clearly.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data-based management and POS/inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of department staff.
• Assist with staffing, interviews and training.
• Maintain merchandising plan, pricing, and UPC integrity.
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Coordinate events and promotions; ensure inventory accuracy.
• Lead by example to create a positive, harassment-free work environment.
