Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to direct the daily work of department associates in a fast-paced retail setting in Rogers, MN. You will oversee merchandising, pricing, stocking and customer service to ensure a premier shopping experience.

You will also assist in staffing, training, and evaluating team performance while promoting a positive, service-oriented environment. The role focuses on driving department results, maintaining inventory integrity, and delivering exceptional customer

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2–4 years of Retail Sales experience.
Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Directs associates daily in the department.
Executes merchandising directives and maintains plan-o-grams.
Assist in staffing, recruiting, and training of staff.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues with customers and associates.
Lead product knowledge through staff demos and events.
Coordinate pricing, UPC integrity and inventory accuracy.
Support leadership in scheduling and performance coaching.
