Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily direction to department associates.
• Prepare and follow task/to-do lists.
• Maintain plan-of-grams and pricing per Corporate Office directives.
• Staff department with service-oriented associates and coordinate training.
• Coach and motivate staff to promote positive customer relations.
• Resolve customer and associate issues with GSM/DM and HR Managers.
• Provide legendary customer service by identifying needs and recommending products.
• Coordinate special events and ensure pricing/UPC integrity.
