Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to guide department associates, manage merchandising and customer service, and support store goals. You will coordinate staffing, training, and daily operations to ensure a top-notch shopping experience.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in retail, supervisory exposure, and strong interpersonal and merchandising skills to drive department performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2–4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports the GSM/DM in achieving Departmental Sales, GM, Inventory Shrinkage and Payroll Goals.
• Provides daily direction to the associates within the department.
• Prepares to-do / Task lists and executes merchandising directives with plan-o-grams.
• Assists in staffing, training, and conducting performance discussions with associates.
• Maintains customer service excellence and product knowledge through training and demos.
