Bass Pro Shops in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a Team Leader to guide department associates in daily merchandising, customer service and operations. Under supervision of the Department Manager, you’ll direct tasks, staffing and training to deliver a legendary shopping experience.

Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, maintaining pricing, managing inventory, leading staff, and coordinating events while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales experience 2–4 years.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read reports and present information.
