Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to oversee a department, directing associates in merchandising, inventory, pricing and customer service. You will ensure a productive, service-focused environment and support management in staffing, training and performance reviews.

The role involves maintaining pricing, plan-o-grams, and coordinating events while driving customer satisfaction and department metrics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily direction to the associates within the department.
• Supports achievement of departmental sales, gross margin, inventory shrinkage and payroll goals.
• Maintains plan-o-grams and executes merchandising directives.
• Staffs the department with service-oriented associates and coordinates training.
• Coaches and motivates associates to promote customer relations and productivity.
• Resolves customer and associate issues with GSM/DM and HR Manager.
