Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to direct department associates in daily activities, merchandising, pricing, stocking and customer service. You will guide staff, implement directives, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, scheduling, events coordination, and maintaining pricing/inventory integrity while promoting a customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years in Retail Sales preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to use PC-based software for word processing, spreadsheets, and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of department associates including merchandising and customer service.
• Prioritize tasks and maintain plan-o-grams.
• Assist GSM/DM with staffing and scheduling; participate in interviewing and selection; coach associates.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer and associate issues.
• Lead coordination of special events and ensure pricing/inventory integrity.
