Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide clear, accurate product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members in their area.
• Maintains merchandising standards and ensures products are ready for customers.
• Promotes customer participation in loyalty programs and other company programs.
• Upholds safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures.
