Rural King is seeking a Department Lead to oversee operations within a designated department. You will manage scanning outs, inventory, price changes, planograms, and department presentation to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adherence to company standards, with opportunities for cross-training and growth in a people-first environment.

Formación

• At least 2 years of retail experience in a department store setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to listen, ask questions, and respond clearly.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Prioritize tasks and maintain department standards.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to the indoor merchandising guide and maintain displays.
• Monitor inventory levels, counts, and replenish stock as needed.
• Oversee recovery to keep department neat and visually appealing.
• Coordinate price changes and update signage with teams.
• Implement playbook features and planogram sets per guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the department.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with inquiries.
• Support front-end activities such as transactions or loadouts.
• Operate retail equipment and handheld devices as required.
• Participate in cross-training across departments.
• Engage in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
