Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience and knowledge of department operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to indoor merchandising standards and maintain appealing displays.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and replenish stock.
• Oversee price changes and update pricing labels as required.
• Manage playbook features and planogram sets per company guidelines.
• Maintain department cleanliness and safety protocols for a pleasant shopping environment.
• Provide proactive customer service and assist customers with inquiries and product locations.
• Process transactions or loadouts when needed and assist front-end operations.
• Operate basic office equipment and retail devices safely.
• Participate in cross-training and attend training programs to stay current.
