Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to guide a department in Myrtle Beach, SC. You’ll direct associates, manage merchandising directives, assist with scheduling, and ensure outstanding customer service.

You will coach staff, maintain pricing/stock accuracy, and contribute to a productive, positive work environment while meeting departmental goals and delivering a legendary shopper experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs department associates on a daily basis to achieve goals.
• Maintains merchandising directives and plan-o-grams.
• Staffing, scheduling, and coaching to deliver strong customer service.
• Resolves customer and associate issues with management input.
• Provides product knowledge and demos to staff and customers.
