Bass Pro Shops in Louisville seeks a Team Leader to guide department associates in merchandising, inventory control, pricing, and customer service. You will implement directives, maintain plan-o-grams, and ensure a productive, service‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities include staffing the department, interviewing, training, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating performance. You will stay knowledgeable about products, lead demos, support special events, and help deliver a legendary shopping

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of department associates.
• Maintain merchandising plan and pricing per directives.
• Staff department with service-oriented associates; participate in interviewing and training.
• Prepare weekly work schedules and coach staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate special events and product demos; maintain pricing and UPC integrity.
• Resolve customer and associate issues with management input.
• Deliver a legendary shopping experience through product recommendations and service.
