Job summary

Crossover in Chicago is seeking a full-time on-site Elementary School Guide to support K-3 students using app-based core learning and targeted reading sessions. You’ll run morning launch, literacy workshops, and daily check-ins, tracking progress with weekly data for parents.

You’ll stay with your students from launch to closing, steering them toward reading goals with concrete plans. Compensation is $120,000 USD per year, with weekly pay; relocation support is available and dedicated to

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years direct work with children ages 4-9 in teaching, coaching, tutoring, camps, or similar settings.
• At least 2 years teaching reading in grades K-3 within the last 5 years.
• Completed structured-literacy training or a master's in reading or literacy.

Responsibilities

• Coach students through app-based core learning and diagnose gaps.
• Lead targeted reading sessions with 2–4 students, using a designed sequence.
• Drive morning launch, literacy workshops, and daily routines to reach weekly goals.
