Job summary

Crossover is hiring for an Early Elementary Teacher to guide K-3 students with app-based core learning and targeted literacy sessions. You will spend most days with the same students, driving toward daily goals and closing reading gaps, while also leading morning launches and campus routines.

The role emphasizes diagnostic teaching, data-driven instruction, and staying with students through lunch and activities. Relocation support is available for listed campuses.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years working directly with children ages 4-9 in teaching, coaching, tutoring, camps, or similar settings.
• At least 2 years of that experience teaching reading in grades K-3 within the last 5 years.
• Completed structured-literacy training (LETRS, IMSE, Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System, Fundations, UFLI, CERI, Neuhaus, SIPPS, Really Great Reading, etc.) or a master's in reading or literacy.
• Bachelor's degree in any subject; a teaching certificate is not required.
• Willing to work on-site at listed campuses and relocate.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Get K-3 students to daily learning goals and close reading gaps.
• Lead app-based core learning and targeted structured-literacy sessions with small groups.
• Conduct morning launch, life-skills workshops, and check-chart activities.
• Drive students toward weekly app goals using school currency and gamification.
• Stay with students through lunch, recess, closing, and reading interventions.
