Job summary

Google Inc. in the United States is seeking a Practice Customer Engineer with Apigee expertise to accelerate technical wins and adoption of complex workloads for Google Cloud.

You will develop architectures, prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and demos to sell specialized solutions while influencing customers and product development. You will work with Platform CEs and sales teams, demonstrate organizational and presentation skills, and deliver practical solutions that align with customer business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience demoing, prototyping, or workshoping with customers.
• Experience engaging with technical stakeholders or executive leaders.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical solution for complex workloads within Apigee/Application Integration to support the sales cycle from technical evaluation through customer ramp.
• Combine sales strategies with development and prototyping to provide customer-tailored solutions and secure buy-in.
• Provide deep technical consultation to customers as a trusted advisor and build lasting relationships.
• Leverage customer-engagement learnings to create reusable assets with the Go-To-Market team.
• Document and prioritize customer feature requests and issues within management systems.
