Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a seasoned Practice Customer Engineer with Apigee expertise to partner with technical Sales teams and differentiate Google Cloud solutions for customers. You will lead demonstrations, workshops, and executive-level engagements to showcase APIs, security patterns, and enterprise integration.

Ideal candidates will have deep cloud-native architecture experience, 10+ years in customer-facing roles, and a proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes in complex

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with modern application development, container orchestration systems, middleware technologies, API, and integration platforms.
  
• Experience with integration architecture patterns, security protocols, enterprise messaging patterns (e.g., APIs, SOA, ESB, or BPM).
  
• Experience with cloud technologies including SaaS applications, iPaaS, business automation solutions, Cloud infrastructure, Agentic AI, and cloud networking.
  
• Knowledge of security and understanding of popular API security technologies such as OAuth, mTLS, SAML, JWT, and SSO.
  
• Understanding of Google Cloud, multi and hybrid-cloud strategies, and associated technologies.
