Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Practice Customer Engineer (CE) with a specialty in Apigee to partner with technical Sales teams and differentiate Google Cloud for customers. You will serve as a technical expert accelerating wins and adoption of complex workloads, developing architectures, proofs-of-concept, and demos to sell specialized solutions.

You will engage with customers to understand requirements and present practical, scalable Google Cloud solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
10 years of cloud-native architecture experience in customer-facing roles.
Experience demoing, prototyping, or workshopping with customers.
Experience presenting to technical stakeholders or executives.

Responsibilities

Drive the technical solution for complex workloads within Apigee/Application Integration to support sales.
Provide functional, customer-tailored solutions to gain buy-in.
Offer deep technical consultation and build lasting customer relationships.
Document and drive resolution of feature requests with Product & Engineering.
