Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Practice Customer Engineer with Apigee specialization to partner with technical Sales teams and differentiate Google Cloud for customers. You will serve as a technical expert driving adoption of complex workloads and developing architectures and proofs-of-concept.

You will collaborate with Platform CEs, engage with executives, and deliver practical, customer-focused solutions that showcase the value of Google Cloud’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience demoing, prototyping, or workshoping with customers.
• Experience engaging with, or presenting to, technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical solution for complex workloads within Apigee/Integration product areas to support rapid adoption.
• Combine sales strategies with development and prototyping to deliver customer-tailored solutions.
• Provide deep technical consultation and build lasting customer relationships.
• Contribute reusable solutions and assets with the Go-To-Market team.
• Document and prioritize customer feature requests and issues in management systems.
