Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Practice Customer Engineer (Apigee specialist) to partner with Sales and differentiate Google Cloud for complex workloads. You will act as a technical expert, delivering architectures, proofs-of-concept, and demos to win strategic workloads.

You will engage with customers to understand business and technical needs, present practical solutions, and drive adoption across the portfolio. This role emphasizes collaboration with Platform CEs and Go-To-Market teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 10 years of cloud-native architecture experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience demoing, prototyping, or workshop with customers.
• Experience engaging with technical stakeholders or executive leaders.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical solution for complex workloads within Apigee/Application Integration to support rapid adoption and sales.
• Combine sales strategies with development and prototyping to deliver customer-tailored solutions.
• Provide deep technical consultation and build lasting customer relationships.
• Leverage learnings to contribute reusable solutions with Go-To-Market team.
• Document and prioritize customer feature requests and issues in management systems.
