Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer-facing technical roles (CS, implementation, solutions engineering, or TAM).
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience guiding onboarding, integrations, and adoption of API-based products.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for API customers, from kickoff to go-live.
• Guide API integrations by translating business needs into technical workflows.
• Troubleshoot API issues and coordinate with product/engineering teams.
