Job summary

Responsibilities

• Recruit and schedule donors by telephone (telerecruit) in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner.
• Ensure apheresis and non-automated donor eligibility is acceptable in DoVac and Vista before scheduling donors.
• Schedule donor appointments in donor scheduling software.
• Monitor appointment schedule to meet daily collection goals across centers.
• Maintain good public relations with donors, patrons, and co-workers.
• Other duties as assigned or required.
