Job summary

The Blood Connection, Incorporated in Greenville, SC is seeking a Production Planning Scheduler to recruit and schedule donors by telephone from our Woodruff Road location. You will schedule donors to meet daily collection goals and maintain strong relations with donors and staff.

This on-site role requires a high school diploma or GED, clear communication, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced donor services environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read, understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with patrons, donors, sponsors, and co-workers.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Aptitude for continued skill development.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and schedule donors by telephone (telerecruit) in a courteous, professional manner.
• Ensure donor eligibility in DoVac and Vista before scheduling.
• Monitor the appointment schedule to meet daily collection goals at all fixed-site centers.
• Maintain good public relations with donors, patrons, and co-workers.
• Other duties as assigned.
