Job summary

The Blood Connection is seeking a Donor Services Technician to enhance the donor experience at our centers and mobile operations in South Carolina. You will greet donors, perform donor history and eligibility verification, and support the donation process with professionalism and courtesy.

Responsibilities include donor health assessment, educational materials, and ensuring a clean, welcoming front-end area. A flexible schedule including weekends is required to meet donor needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License with no major infractions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patrons, donors, sponsors and co-workers.
• Ability to work with diverse levels and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and guests warmly and professionally.
• Perform donor history, eligibility checks, and mini-physical assessments.
• Assist donor through collection and handoff to the next phase.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming storefront and assist with front-desk duties.
• Support donor center operations, including events and drives.
