Job summary

The Blood Connection, Incorporated in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Donor Services Technician to enhance the donor experience. You will be the first impression, greeting donors, recording history, and performing basic donor assessments in line with SOPs.

You will support donor centers and mobile operations, maintain a welcoming storefront, provide courteous service, and coordinate with staff to ensure a smooth donation process, with some weekend hours and flexible scheduling as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patrons, donors and co-workers.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and guests with a welcoming, professional manner.
• Register donors, take donor history, and perform basic donor screening.
• Maintain clean, organized storefront areas during operating hours.
• Coordinate with the donor team and report observations to management.
