Job summary

American Red Cross in Clayton, NC is seeking a Blood Donor Scheduler to coordinate donor appointments by phone, contact donors to increase donations, and maintain accurate records. Qualifications include a high school diploma, at least one year of telephone or customer service experience, and proficiency with computers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule prospective blood donors from various sources by phoning to make donation appointments.
• Contact active or former blood donors to increase donation frequency and donor numbers.
• Coordinate reminder calls, data entry, and maintenance of records.
