Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Property Manager for Fair Hills Apartments in Williston, North Dakota. You will lead on-site staff, foster a positive team environment, and maintain strong relationships with residents while driving occupancy and renewals.

The role emphasizes supervision of a 3+ person team, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills, with competitive pay and strong benefits in a residential property setting.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in multifamily housing.
• Experience managing a team of 3+ employees.
• Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• CRMIQ experience a plus.
• Yardi experience preferred.

Fair Hills Apartments - 2829 27th St W, Williston, ND 58801

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Occasional Saturdays)

Responsibilities:

• Manages and oversees all on-site personnel
• Oversee and foster a great working environment for team
• Building and maintaining a relationships with community residents
• Ensure property is leased at or above market occupancy
• Capture highest renewal rates for existing tenants
• Post, collect, track, and manage delinquency of rental and other income

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years’ experience in multifamily housing
• Experience managing a team of 3+ employees
• Yardi experience preferred
• CRMIQ experience a plus

• Competitive pay ($60,000-$70,000 annually!)
• Quarterly Bonus up to $4,800 annually
