Job summary

Monarch is hiring an Apartment Roving Maintenance Technician in Minot, North Dakota. This IMMEDIATE HIRE role offers $28.00–$30.00 per hour with annual salary increases and quarterly bonuses up to $4,000.

A 401(k) with up to $4,000 match, affordable medical, and life/dental plans are included, plus paid holidays and generous PTO. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, handle general maintenance, respond to resident requests, and assist with turnovers and inspections.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic.
• Team player with great communication and a friendly vibe.

Responsibilities

• Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks.
