Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Property Manager for Summit on the Lake Apartments in Fort Worth, TX. This on-site role supports leasing, maintenance, and resident relations in a full-time capacity.

You will lead two or more on-site staff, ensure superior customer service, and strive to lease at market occupancy while maximizing renewals. The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, with pre-employment screenings required.

Location: Summit on the Lake Apartments
6555 Shade Oaks Manor Drive
Fort Worth, TX 76135

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Manages and oversees all on-site personnel
• Oversee and foster a great working environment for team
• Building and maintaining a relationships with community residents
• Ensure property is leased at or above market occupancy
• Capture highest renewal rates for existing tenants
• Post, collect, track, and manage delinquency of rental and other income

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years’ experience in multifamily housing
• Experience managing a team of 2+ employees
• Yardi experience preferred
• CRMIQ experience a plus
• Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
