Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Property Manager for Prairie Walk Apartments in Kansas City, MO. You will lead on-site staff, ensure top-tier service, and maintain strong resident relations while driving lease-up and renewals.

This role is on-site, with standard hours and a focus on community excellence. Qualified candidates have 2+ years in multifamily housing, leadership experience, and familiarity with Yardi or similar property software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in multifamily housing.
• Experience managing a team of 2+ employees.
• Yardi experience preferred; CRMIQ a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Manages and oversees all on-site personnel
• Oversee and foster a great working environment for team
• Building and maintaining a relationships with community residents
• Ensure property is leased at or above market occupancy
• Capture highest renewal rates for existing tenants
• Post, collect, track, and manage delinquency of rental and other income

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years' experience in multifamily housing
• Experience managing a team of 2+ employees
• Yardi experience preferred
• CRMIQ experience a plus
• Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills

• Competitive pay ($55,000-$62,000 annually!)
