Monarch Investment and Management Group seeks a Property Manager for Prairie Walk Apartments in Kansas City, MO. This full-time, on-site role manages on-site staff, fosters a strong team culture, and ensures high-quality service for residents.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in multifamily housing, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with Yardi. Competitive pay includes bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience in multifamily housing.
• Experience managing a team of 2+ employees.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• CRMIQ experience a plus.
• Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Manages and oversees all on-site personnel
• Oversee and foster a great working environment for team
• Building and maintaining a relationships with community residents

• Competitive pay ($55,000-$62,000 annually!)
