Responsibilities

  • Executive Administrative Support – Manages calendars, schedules meetings, prepares agendas, organizes travel logistics, and coordinates follow-ups for senior leaders in Property Management and HR.
  • Document & Presentation Preparation – Drafts correspondences, prepares reports, formats presentations and organizes briefing materials for leadership meetings.
  • Meeting Coordination – Arranges leadership team meetings, takes notes, tracks action items, and ensures timely completion of deliverables.
  • HR Administrative Support – Assist with maintaining employee files and supports compliance tracking for training and policy acknowledgements.
  • Recruiting Assistance – Posts job openings, screens applications, coordinates interviews, and communicates with candidates on behalf of HR.
  • Confidential Information Handling – Manages sensitive employee and property data with discretion and accuracy.
  • Project & Research Support – Assist senior leaders with special projects, data gathering, process documentation, and workflow improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

This is a school year internship. Candidates who can start immediately are preferred.

Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree Program - preferred majors are Human Resources, Business Administration, Property Management.

Position Summary

Supports Property Management operations with expanded responsibility for administrative assistance to Sr. Leadership in both Property Management and Human Resources. Handles confidential information, coordinates executive tasks and strengthens communication flow across teams.
