Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Make-Ready Specialist at Townlake of Coppell, TX. You will perform repairs and improvements to ensure market-ready vacants, including caulking, painting, and drywall work, while maintaining common areas and complying with safety policies. Flexible physical work is required across indoor and outdoor settings.

The role emphasizes timely turnarounds, attention to safety, and teamwork with the Service Supervisor and Community Manager to deliver quality leasing-ready homes.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or make-ready work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete all make-ready repairs and improvements to vacant units.
• Caulk and seal around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers.
• Inspect sheetrock for damage and repair or replace as needed.
• Apply touch-up paint to vacant and occupied units.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities as directed.
• Complete make-ready checklist and required maintenance documentation.
• Attend safety meetings and follow OSHA and safety policies.
