Greystar is hiring a Make-Ready Technician for Regency Park in Texas. You will perform technical and mechanical work to turn vacant apartment homes into market-ready condition, ensuring quality standards are met before resident move-in.

Responsibilities include completing repairs, caulking, drywall touch-ups, painting, and maintaining common areas. You must follow safety policies, document work orders, and support cost-control initiatives while providing responsive resident service.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and improvements to vacant units before move-in.
• Caulk and seal around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers.
• Inspect sheetrock for damage and repair/replace as needed.
• Paint touch-ups for vacant and occupied units as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain grounds, clean common areas, and paint curbs/signage as needed.
• Support cost-cutting by fixing rather than replacing parts; use tools properly.
• Complete make-ready checklists and required maintenance documentation.
