Job summary

Greystar in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure vacant apartment homes meet Greystar's quality standards for re-leasing. You will perform technical and mechanical work to turn units quickly to market-ready condition.

Responsibilities include completing repairs, caulking around windows and fixtures, inspecting sheetrock, touching up paint, maintaining grounds and common areas, and following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and improvements to apartment homes prior to resident move-in.
• Caulk and seal around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers.
• Inspect and repair sheetrock as needed.
• Paint touch-ups for vacant and occupied units.
• Assist in grounds and common area maintenance.
• Follow safety policies and participate in safety trainings.
