Job summary

REVISED PERSONNEL is seeking an Apartment Make-Ready Technician to turn vacant units into clean, safe, move-in-ready homes. This on-site role requires collaboration with property management and maintenance teams to prepare apartments for new residents.

Responsibilities include completing make-ready turns, basic maintenance (painting, drywall, light plumbing, minor electrical), replacing fixtures, cleaning to company standards, and coordinating with management to identify repairs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment make-ready turns before resident move-ins.
• Perform basic maintenance repairs including painting, drywall repair, light plumbing, minor electrical work, appliance checks, door and lock repairs.
• Replace fixtures, blinds, and hardware when needed.
• Ensure apartments are clean and meet company standards.
• Walk units with management to identify needed repairs.
• Remove trash and debris from vacant units.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist maintenance team with additional property needs when required.
