TAM Residential is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments by cleaning, maintenance and repairs to meet our standards for habitability and safety. You will work on unit turnovers, coordinating with vendors when needed and ensuring documentation is complete.

You should have a high school diploma and experience in apartment maintenance, painting, flooring, and carpentry. This role involves hands-on work in residential settings with safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in apartment or property maintenance.
• Experience with painting, flooring installation, and general carpentry.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units by cleaning, maintaining, and repairing to meet standards.
