Job summary

Edward Rose & Sons is seeking a Make Ready Maintenance Technician to join our on-site operations team in Greenville, SC. You will help ensure all vacant apartment homes are restored to market-ready status and meet move-in deadlines.

Responsibilities include drywall, painting, plumbing, and appliance repairs, as well as completing administrative tasks.HVAC experience and own tools are preferred; training may be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or related trades preferred, including drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Restore vacant apartment homes to market-ready status.
• Perform full vacant turn to meet move-in deadlines including drywall repairs, painting, caulking, and grouting.
• Repair or replace appliances, faucets, disposals, entry locks, windows; carpentry and tile work as needed.
• Complete administrative paperwork as necessary.
• Assist with snow and ice removal as required.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
