Job summary

Edward Rose & Sons is seeking a Make Ready Maintenance Technician to join our on-site operations. You will help restore vacant apartments to market-ready condition and complete full turn processes to meet move-in deadlines.

Responsibilities include repairs to appliances, fixtures, and structural elements, with some carpentry and tile work as needed. Prior maintenance experience is preferred and HVAC knowledge is a plus; tools required and training offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance including drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, appliance repair, and HVAC preferred but training available.
• Ability to operate and maintain basic tools and equipment.
• Good communication with residents and team members; professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Restore vacant apartment homes to market-ready condition.
• Complete vacant turn process to meet move-in deadlines (drywall, painting, caulking, grouting).
• Repair or replace appliances, faucets, locks, windows; carpentry and tile work as needed.
