Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Houston, TX to provide skilled, efficient service to residents. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, while performing apartment turnover and upkeep of common areas.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Conduct apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas including cleaning, trash, and cleaning windows as needed.
• Monitor exterior roof, siding, and shutters for issues and safety.
• Help maintain preventive maintenance program for area of responsibility.
• Enter newly purchased tools into inventory and keep area clean and organized.
• Observe safety rules and work cooperatively in a team environment.
