Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide exceptional service to residents. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to deliver skilled, efficient, and professional service, handling plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance upkeep on-site.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required, obtain within 90 days.
• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work on-call hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, AC, appliances and related systems.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and checklist.
• Maintain common areas: sweep, mop, vacuum, trash, wash windows, etc.
• Monitor exterior for roof, siding, shutters, and other issues.
• Support preventive maintenance program for assigned areas.
• Ensure safe condition of all equipment and structures in area.
• Log newly purchased tools into inventory.
• Keep work area clean and orderly; observe safety rules.
