Job summary

ZRS Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician to deliver exceptional service to residents. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to perform skilled repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances, and to maintain common areas.

Responsibilities include completing turnover maintenance in 3–5 business days, maintaining a preventive maintenance program, and monitoring building exteriors. A valid driver's license is required; EPA certification is preferred and must be obtained

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a property, certification must be obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, appliances and related systems.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days with turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas including cleaning, trash removal, and basic upkeep.
• Monitor exterior for roof, siding and window issues; support preventive maintenance program.
• Ensure safety and proper inventory of tools and equipment; keep area clean and organized.
