Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform technical maintenance repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance within 3-5 business days.
• Perform common area maintenance including cleaning and general upkeep.
• Monitor building exterior for maintenance issues.
• Help maintain a preventive maintenance program.
• Ensure safe condition of all equipment in area of expertise.
