Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our residents. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to deliver skilled, efficient repairs and uphold safety and quality standards on a busy property.

Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance work, turnover maintenance, and coordinated upkeep of common areas. On-call duties and clean, organized job sites are required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required, certification must be obtained within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property, perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance repairs.
• Handle apartment turnover repairs within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklists.
• Perform common area upkeep: cleaning, trash removal and window washing.
• Monitor exterior for roof, siding and shutter issues and support preventive maintenance.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and maintain inventory of tools and parts.
• Keep work areas clean, observe safety rules and be available for on-call hours.
