ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide skilled, professional service to our residents. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to perform repairs, maintenance, and turnover tasks across the property.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance and repair work.
• EPA certification preferred; may need certification within 90 days at some properties.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent maintenance repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and turnover checklists.
• Maintain common areas and monitor exterior for issues.
• Support preventive maintenance program and ensure safety of equipment.
