Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide skilled service to residents and support the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. The role focuses on property upkeep, preventive maintenance, and timely turnover tasks.

Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance maintenance, and safe operation of equipment. On-site work with potential on-call hours, full benefits, and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

EPA certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance coverage.
Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.

Responsibilities

Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, appliances, and other tasks as needed.
Conduct apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklists.
Maintain common areas (cleaning, trash, sweeping, mopping, pressure washing, windows).
Monitor building exterior for roof, siding, shutters, and related issues.
Contribute to preventive maintenance program for assigned areas.
Ensure safety of equipment and structures; keep inventory up to date.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and observe all safety rules.
On-call hours may be required.
